Heh, I'd contest. Spoilers are usually in regards to game
plots or live TV events. Mentioning a proposal in a private board is probably
not a spoiler, unless by some miracle your sister is a LUE member as well and
could see it? Maybe? Probably not even then.

That's preetty damn stupid. I guess it's a joke moderation,
which is something that should be discouraged. Hopefully the mod responsible
will have their moderating powers suspended for a couple of months to teach them
a lesson. Appeal it off course.
