1. Your friend broke the TOS, he got moderated fairly. If it wasnt, appeal it. If its overturned it was unfair, but it was not datas doing. If it was upheld, it was indeed a violation

2. It doesnt matter what the hell data did on your board, we dont give a damn, and wont do anything about it.
