Ceej evolves to Ceejus at level 42, then evolves into CJayC with the use of a N-Gage. It can learn the following attacks naturally:

Suspend : 1/1/1
Mod : 1/1/1
Protect : 1/1/1
Recover : 1/1/1
Super Laserbeam : 14/14/14
Buttershot : 25/25/25
SecLUEde : -/42/48
Purge : 53/57/64
Kill-on-spot : -/-/69

Ceej/Ceejus/CJayC is in the no-breeding eggs group, can use no TM's, and has the ability Ban: when anyone attacks it, that Pokemon is immediately banned from life. It's base stats are as follows:

HP: 999
Atk: 999
Def: 999
Spd: 1
SpA: 999
SpD: 999

If it is holding the item Auto-flag, it's attacks do double the damage. Ceej can be found on Island 402 in Fire Red/Leaf Green, but you must first battle your way through hundreds of LUEsers that use a new pokemon known as 'LUEshi'. If you can do that, you must then face down the Shade7x, the LUE island Gym Leader.
If you can beat him without vomiting your lunch, then you get the Buttsecksbadge and the opportunity to fight Ceej. It is at Lv. 5, but can and will whip your ass. I recommend using the special item 'Delete LUE', as it will make Ceej spasm horribly and give you five free turns. Use them wisely.

CJayC is the strongest Pokemon ever, and cannot be beaten. Its low speed causes it to use some of its more potent attacks (Mod, Purge, Ban, etc.) later than it should. Beware though, if you do not show it the proper respect, Ceej will ban you, erasing the cartridge. Approach with the utmost caution, and do not attempt to get PICS. NOW.
